Day One: Spend the morning cycling the coulee. Park at the Galt Museum and start the odometer on your bike because Lethbridge has close to 60 kilometres of marked trails to ride. While the more aggressive rides are in and out of the massive valley, easier rides are through the communities and along the valley floor.
What follows a great ride? A great locally crafted beer. Stop in at the Telegraph Taphouse and order up a platter of nachos to go with your beer. But save room for supper! The Water Tower Grill is the best place in the city for five-star dining. Check out the spectacular view from the tallest building in town then explore the menu that proudly boasts supplies from local ranches, farms and breweries.

Day Two: Stop in at the Penny Coffee House if you want a hearty breakfast to start the day. Then head over to the gem of Lethbridge for the morning. Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden is an amazing place to stroll through gardens that are meticulously groomed. Walk through different themed gardens, over stone bridges and into shady nooks. Spend a moment to meditate at any of the reflection pools.
After such a peaceful morning, you might need a pick-me-up. Stop in at Cuppers Coffee & Tea to get the buzz before heading for the next adventure. Spend the afternoon at True North Axe Throwing only a few steps from the coffee shop. Learn the art of throwing an ax at different targets. It’s not easy but it sure is fun.
