Mid-morning – Go one an exciting bike tour with Crowsnest Mountain at your side

Starting in the community of Blairmore, rent an bike and head out on an unforgettable tour of Crownest Pass. Start along the Community Trail, a 23-km trail connecting the five communities that make up the Crowsnest Pass. While a 23-km trek may seem daunting, the electric boost from the bike takes a lot of work out of pedalling. Along the way, you’ll be up close with Crowsnest Mountain, towering over you in the background.

Afternoon – Continue your ride through Frank

Next, head east through the community of Frank. Turtle Mountain, Canada’s largest rockslide, is a colossal sight looming next to the trail. As your bike tour comes to an end, gear up for a hike with spectacular views of the continental divide.

Late-afternoon – Explore the biodiversity on the trails of Pass Powderkeg

Explore the quiet, uncrowded hiking trails of Pass Powderkeg. The trails are lined with fragrant wildflowers, many species of trees and plants, and offer breathtaking views of the Continental Divide of the Alberta-British Columbia border.

Evening – Enjoy an expertly curated sunset dinner

After a busy day filled with physical activity, sit down for a sunset-lit dinner at Pass Powderkeg Lodge in Blairmore. Seated on a patio overlooking a valley, enjoy a family-style meal created by local Chef Alejandro Verdi.
